Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, convert them into sales, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking, etc.)
Convert leads into paying clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Prepare reports on sales activities and performance
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Ability to generate and convert leads into sales
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Good presentation skills
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
