We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business for our interior design company by generating leads, building partnerships, and closing projects. The role involves both field work and client handling.
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Develop partnerships with:
Real estate agents
Builders
Architects
Meet potential clients and understand requirements
Present interior solutions with support from design team
Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing
Close deals and achieve revenue targets
Build long-term client relationships
Track leads and maintain CRM data
Coordinate with design and execution teams
2–6 years experience in sales/business development (interiors/real estate preferred)
Strong communication and networking skills
Good knowledge of interior projects and materials
Ability to generate leads independently
Willingness for field work and client meetings
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
