Conduct market mapping to build a strong funnel of potential customers and projects.
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (HODs, intensivists, surgeons, neonatologists, biomedical engineers, purchase and admin).
Create and execute territory growth plans, including visit plans, lead funnel, and conversion strategy.
Drive product presentations, clinical demos, and trials to convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with head office for pricing, commercial offers, and technical documentation required for proposals.
Track sales metrics (leads, opportunities, conversions, revenue) and share weekly/monthly reports.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and other marketing activities when required
