Mahendra Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our E-Learning division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating hot leads, handling team operations, interacting with parents and students, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Generate and manage hot leads through various online and offline channels.
Convert leads into admissions by effectively counseling parents and students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Handle and guide a small team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Plan and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment.
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Conduct presentations or counseling sessions about courses and e-learning programs.
Achieve revenue and enrollment targets consistently.
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in team handling and target management
