We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends

• Meet prospective clients and present company services effectively

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations

• Negotiate contracts and close business deals

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients

• Prepare business reports and sales forecasts for management

• Experience in handling B2B and B2C clients is preferred
