We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate project sales, team handling, client relationship management, and field operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Assign daily/weekly tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and site visits for property sales.
Convert leads into successful deals with effective follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and transparency in communication.
Understand client needs and suggest the best property options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle negotiations and close deals professionally.
Coordinate with marketing, tele-calling, and field teams.
Stay updated on all project details, pricing, offers, and location benefits.
Conduct site visits and guide clients through the entire buying process.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Track team performance and share updates with management.
Suggest ideas for sales improvement and lead conversion.
Minimum 2–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong team handling & leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under target pressure with a positive attitude.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork & client meetings.
Knowledge of local real estate market preferred.
