Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the areas of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.

• Identify new business opportunities in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  

• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
  

• Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
  

• Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
  

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
