Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong B2B exposure to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record of closing corporate deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in fluent English.

• Prepare proposals, commercial terms, and business agreements.

• Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.

• Represent the organization in client meetings and business forums.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate business development.

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

• Target-driven and result-focused approach.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
