The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales, revenue, and business growth for the assigned branch. The role leads the branch sales team, ensures achievement of business targets, supports technical sales discussions, develops team capabilities through training, and coordinates with support functions such as Design, Liaisoning, Loan, Accounts, and Installation to ensure smooth project execution and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the complete sales function of the assigned branch.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and installation targets.
● Set individual targets for Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives and monitor their performance.
● Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies to increase market share and business growth.
● Monitor the complete sales pipeline and ensure timely movement of leads through all stages of the sales process.
● Review daily sales reports, CRM updates, lead status, conversion ratios, and team productivity.
● Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings with the sales team.
● Provide regular training, coaching, and mentoring to sales employees on sales processes, products, objection handling, negotiation skills, CRM usage, and customer management.
