We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to expand our company’s presence in the real estate sector.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and property shows.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to management.
Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience (0–1 years) as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in Real Estate.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Sound knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and investment opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
