We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth. The role primarily involves client calling, requirement understanding, coordination with internal teams, scheduling meetings, and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into projects.Key Responsibilities1. Make initial and follow-up calls to potential clients and incoming leads2. Understand client requirements and share clear briefs with the India Head and Design Team3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings (online & site meetings) with senior management and design teams4. Send reminders to clients for drawings, data, approvals, and documents5. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the design team6. Regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers8. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets9. Maintain CRM records, lead status, and sales reportsPreferred Skills1. Understanding of landscape / interior design project workflow2. Strong networking and follow-up skills3. Professional email, WhatsApp, and presentation communication4.Proficient in basic MS Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint5.
