As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving FSM’s expansion across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with educational institutions, and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
🏫 Target and engage new schools and educational partners across assigned cities
📊 Research market trends and propose innovative outreach strategies
💼 Present FSM’s offerings effectively to potential clients
🖥️ Deliver engaging presentations and pitch decks to decision-makers
🌱 Build and nurture strong relationships with partner schools and clients
✅ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
📧 Conduct outbound outreach via emails and calls to schedule meetings
🧑🏫 Represent FSM at conferences, networking events, and educational fairs in your region
🧠 Plan strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility in your territory
🧑🎨 Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns
📨 Keep partners informed about new offerings and updates
🔁 Manage contract follow-ups, renewals, and feedback loops
🎯 Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for your assigned region
📈 Regularly report performance metrics to leadership
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
💼 3+ years of experience in business development or sales (education sector preferred)
🏫 Strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🖥️ Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
🕒 Strong organizational and time management abilities
✈️ Willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai for meetings and events
