Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through calls, emails, and social channels.
Pitch Get Swipte’s products/services to potential customers with a consultative approach.
Schedule product demos and follow up to close deals.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
6 Months - 2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
