We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager with a strong background in the automobile industry and B2B industrial sales. The candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of automation solutions, including fluid dispensing systems and robotics, along with a proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients
Expand and manage distributor and channel partner network
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth project execution
B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automobile, or related field
5–10+ years of experience in automobile or industrial automation sales
Strong exposure to B2B business development
Experience in selling industrial equipment / automation solutions
Knowledge of fluid dispensers, robotics, or manufacturing automation preferred
Experience handling key accounts and large projects
Strong technical and commercial understanding
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions
Target-oriented with strategic thinking
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
Experience working with manufacturing plants or OEMs
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven
Leadership mindset with ability to handle multiple stakeholders
