We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong closing skills and a proven track record in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and the capability to drive revenue through proactive sales strategies.
Handle incoming leads, follow-ups, and client inquiries.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for smooth sales operations.
Prepare daily reports, sales pipelines, and maintain CRM data.
Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience (Residential/Commercial).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to handle clients independently.
Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi property market (preferred).
Own vehicle is an added advantage.
