Position Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth
initiatives in our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
business development, deal structuring, and client relationship management, with a proven
ability to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and projects in
residential, commercial, and retail real estate.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and corporate
clients.
• Identify emerging market trends, prepare feasibility studies, and recommend new
revenue streams.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and leasing
targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular business development reports.
• Mentor and guide junior business development executives.
Qualifications & Skills
• MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferable
• 6–12 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the real estate
sector.
• Deep understanding of property markets, valuation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to assess investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry
stakeholders.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, media relations, and brand-building initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
