Role: Manage Sales processes to engage and recruit students to foreign universities, develop and maintain key institutional partnerships.
Key responsibilities (will vary as per profile):
• Managing activities contributing to student enrollment. Such as counselling parents, group of students and giving detailed information about courses and universities.
• Analyzing and forecasting market demand and student admission trends.
• Building relationships with prospective clients through various mediums to aid and expedite conversion.
• Organizing events; representing the company at trade shows, education fairs and other events.
• Lead and database management.
• Brand and touchpoint management
Knowledge, abilities and skills:
• Presentable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and at least two regional languages preferred.
• Sales and persuasion skills; People skills, along with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospective clients and institutional partners.
• Being able to manage multiple tasks within a small, interconnected work-environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain lead and client records.
• Ability and the willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Freshers are welcomed.
