We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team to
lead the team of marketing and sales to generate more quality clients.
· The role combines both sales (revenue generating) and coordination (ensuring smooth delivery), the person in this position is directly accountable for hitting sales targets and growing the company’s top line.
. The position offers an in-hand salary of Minimum (20k plust 10k to 20k incentive) and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Track sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts in weekly and monthly reports.
· Provide insights to management on market trends, competitor activity, and performance gaps.
· Maintain up-to-date client files, contracts, and communication logs.
· Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic order processing as needed.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
· Conduct regular checking to ensure client satisfaction and uncover upsell or cross sell opportunities
· Conduct discovery calls and presentations to showcase products/services.
· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Coordinate the smooth transition of new clients to the delivery team.
· Gather all required documentation, set up project timelines, and ensure service agreements are signed.
· Liaise between internal teams (design, production, logistics) and the client to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
· Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage any scope changes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience Range with minimum 5 years in the interior department. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD/ SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, with business and sales.
