Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome, along with candidates having up to 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, site visits, references, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options
Conduct property site visits and presentations
Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales/business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
