We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of proven experience in reputed industries — preferably Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, and Stone Industry.
The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of project-based sales under the PMC model.

Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and professional networking.
Identify and approach builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.
Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Prepare sales reports, target achievements, and weekly performance summaries.
Coordinate with Project Management and Technical teams for client requirements.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Promote services through social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
Work with the design team for brochures, catalogs, and promotional material.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to boost brand visibility.
Conduct market research and report competitor trends.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing
Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, and Stone Industry.
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & basic digital marketing tools
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Willing to travel locally/Outside for client meetings and site visits
