👉Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new sellers/brands looking to expand on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (listing, cataloging, marketing, and operations) to deliver client success.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies.
• Conduct business presentations and demos for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with clients.
• Generate reports on sales performance and business growth metrics.
👉Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in e-commerce).
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and seller management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
👉Preferred:
• Prior experience in Amazon/Flipkart seller services, digital marketing agencies, or e-commerce management.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising, product listing optimization, and account growth strategies.
