Our client is a growing technology company building software solutions for the event industry, focused on simplifying ticketing, audience engagement, and analytics. They work closely with event organizers and brands to deliver seamless experiences and measurable business results.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

The role includes:

• 15 days of structured classroom training with co-conduction

• Followed by 45 days of on-the-job training

• Training target: ₹2,00,000

• Upon successful achievement of the target, you will transition into the full-time role with an attractive CTC package.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists, and influencers

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Present platform solutions and convert prospects into customers

• Close partnership deals with event organizers, including large-scale events

• Expand your industry network and build strong relationships within the events & entertainment sector

Experience Required

• 3–8 years of experience preferred

• Prior experience in Sales / Business Development is preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset may also be considered
