We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to strengthen our international sales team and develop new overseas markets.

# Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities from international markets• through email, LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, exhibitions and other B2B channels.

Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, institutional buyers and medical-device companies• in overseas markets.

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.

• Handle regular follow-up of enquiries, quotations, samples and potential orders.

Prepare and send quotations, price offers and Proforma Invoices• to international customers.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other commercial terms with customers in coordination with management.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed export orders.

Conduct country-wise and product-wise market research• to identify potential markets, customers and competitors.

• Maintain an organised database/CRM of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and customers.

• Coordinate internally with production, procurement, documentation and logistics teams for smooth execution of export orders.

Assist in preparation for and follow-up after international exhibitions and trade fairs•.

• Reconnect with inactive customers and develop repeat business from existing clients.

Work towards achieving assigned monthly, quarterly and annual export sales targets•.

• Provide regular sales pipeline, enquiry and conversion reports to management.
