We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Blowair. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving consistent revenue growth across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven record of aggressive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth across 4 cities with defined targets.
Identify, approach, and convert new clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 8 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Present and promote HVAC products and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain strong market positioning.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback summaries.
Demonstrate a street-smart attitude, strong negotiation skills, and the capability to sell ice to an Eskimo.
Maintain a high-energy, aggressive approach to achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC Sales / Business Development.
B.E/B.Tech Mechanical is preferred but not mandatory.
MBA with a technical background is an added advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong networking, leadership, and customer-first approach.
Salary ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
