Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment: Build and recruit a strong, high-performing team of Financial Advisors/Partners from your network and local market.
Training & Development: Provide comprehensive training, product knowledge, and sales mentoring to your team members to help them achieve their targets.
Team Management & Leadership: Drive, manage, and motivate the advisory team to generate business and meet organizational goals.
Sales Strategy Execution: Drive revenue growth through agency channel development and field activities in Mumbai.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience from any industry (BFSI, Telecom, Pharma, FMCG, Real Estate, Direct Sales, etc.).
Skills: Excellent communication, networking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
