To recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors and drive business growth through the Agency channel by achieving sales targets, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance.
Recruit, onboard, and activate life insurance advisors/agents.
Train advisors on products, sales process, and regulatory norms.
Drive new business generation through advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Motivate and monitor advisor performance to ensure consistent productivity.
Plan joint field work, sales meetings, and review sessions with advisors.
Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and compliance norms.
Maintain strong relationships with advisors and provide ongoing support.
Track MIS, sales reports, persistency, and renewal performance.
Conduct local marketing activities, contests, and recruitment drives.
Strong sales and team-handling skills
Advisor recruitment and development capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes
Graduate (MBA preferred)
1–8 years of experience in Agency Channel (Life Insurance/BFSI)
Proven track record of advisor recruitment and business achievement
