Role Overview We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for our HR Consultancy & Staffing Services. The candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, generating business opportunities, understanding manpower requirements, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR Consultancy, Recruitment and Staffing services. • Research and identify potential corporate clients and target organizations. • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references and other business development channels. • Connect with decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and Business Heads. • Understand clients' manpower and recruitment requirements and coordinate effectively with the Recruitment Team. • Prepare and present business proposals, service offerings and commercial terms to prospective clients. • Conduct client discussions and negotiate commercial terms and service agreements. • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. • Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, proposals and business pipeline. • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets. • Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and generate repeat business. • Stay updated on market trends, recruitment requirements and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, HR Consultancy, Recruitment or Staffing. • Strong business development, sales and client acquisition skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. • Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities. • Ability to generate leads and develop clients independently. • Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach. • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel. • Ability to work effectively with recruitment and internal teams.• Candidates with an existing corporate/client network in recruitment or staffing will be an added advantage.
