About the Role:
We are launching Meesho Pickup Point—a revolutionary self-pickup network for Meesho's prepaid customers. We are looking for street-smart hustlers to take complete ownership of a hyper-local territory. Your mission? Find the best Kirana stores, pharmacies, and stationery shops in your assigned zone and convert them into "Official Meesho Pickup Stations."
What You Will Do:
The Hunt: Identify high-footfall, low-clutter shops in your assigned territory. Pitch the Meesho Pickup Point concept: "Give us 2 square feet of shelf space, let us drop prepaid parcels, and earn passive income plus guaranteed daily footfall of Meesho customers."
Onboarding & Branding: Sign up the Kirana owner, paste the official Meesho Pickup Point stickers on their glass doors, and help them set up their designated parcel shelf.
Tech Training (The 3-Click Rule): Train the shopkeeper to use the Valmo Rider App. Ensure they understand that the process takes less than 30 seconds per customer and involves absolutely ZERO cash collection.
The "Pilot Handshake": Be physically present at the newly onboarded store during the first 3 days when the Valmo Delivery Pilot drops off the first batch of parcels. Ensure a smooth handover and solve any initial anxiety the shopkeeper might have.
Relationship Management: Visit your 30-40 active Meesho Pickup Points weekly. Ensure the branding is intact, the app is working, and the shopkeeper is happy with their payouts.
What We Are Looking For:
1 to 3 years of pure B2B field sales or merchant acquisition experience. (Candidates who have onboarded local Kirana are highly preferred).
Exceptional Pitching Skills: You must be able to convince a shopkeeper that earning ₹3 per packet is highly profitable because it brings 50 new cross-selling customers into their shop daily.
Native fluency in the local language and deep familiarity with the assigned neighbourhood.
Smartphone savvy—able to troubleshoot basic app issues for Kirana owners and train them on digital tools.
