
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and increasing revenue for facility management services such as housekeeping, security, pest control, technical maintenance, and support services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Participate in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable facility management solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Study market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Identify new service opportunities and expansion areas.
Develop business growth strategies and sales plans.
Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams for smooth execution.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and closures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA (Preferred)
