Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategic business plans, managing client portfolios, and negotiating marketing and distribution agreements. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Market Research and Competitive Analysis expertise
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Proficiency in planning and executing business strategies
Knowledge of the personal care and cosmetics industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet ambitious sales targets
