Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern at MantraCare, you’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting the expansion of our corporate partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to develop their business development skills and kick-start their careers in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets.

• Assist in reaching out to HR professionals and business leaders to introduce MantraCare’s EAP and wellness solutions.

• Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve client engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and track performance metrics using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.

• Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.

• Genuine interest in HR technology, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of ownership.
