Job Description
Specular Business Services LLP is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Digital Marketing and IT Services to startups, SMEs, and businesses in Varanasi.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital and technology solutions, and closing service deals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Market Development
Identify startups, SMEs, and businesses in Varanasi
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Digital Marketing Services Sales
Promote services such as:
Social Media Marketing
Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
SEO & Website Optimization
Content Marketing
Brand Strategy
IT & Web Services Sales
Promote services such as:
Website Development
E-commerce Development
CRM & Software Solutions
Web Applications
IT Support & Maintenance
Client Consultation
Understand client requirements and business goals
Prepare customized proposals and quotations
Present services, deliverables, and outcomes
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Sales Performance
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain lead pipeline and follow-up system
Track leads, proposals, and conversions
Submit sales reports to management
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
Support contract renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in client meetings and field sales
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Experience
Experience in Digital Marketing or Website Services sales
Strong local business network in Varanasi
Knowledge of startup ecosystem
Familiarity with CRM tools
