Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + Performance-based incentives

Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support B2B sales activities through outbound calling and client coordination. The role involves identifying potential business clients, explaining company services, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to business prospects
Share information about company products/services
Identify potential client requirements and generate leads
Maintain records of calls and client interactions
Follow up with prospective clients as required
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate (mandatory)
Prior experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or business development preferred
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
