Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support B2B sales activities through outbound calling and client coordination. The role involves identifying potential business clients, explaining company services, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business prospects

• Share information about company products/services

• Identify potential client requirements and generate leads

• Maintain records of calls and client interactions

• Follow up with prospective clients as required

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

• Prior experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or business development preferred

• Good verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
