We're looking for Business Development Executive:
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience: 1–4 years (preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B sales)
Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new merchants and business clients
Promote and sell our fintech solutions including Payin and Payout services
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, compliance, support) for smooth integrations
Maintain and grow strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements:
1–3years of experience in B2B business development or sales
Strong understanding of payment gateway solutions, UPI, and merchant onboarding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with industries such as gaming, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus
