✅ Lead Management & Conversion:
● Manage and convert leads for our prestigious certification programs in collaboration
with IIT.
✅ Counseling:
● Provide detailed and insightful guidance to prospective learners via phone, email, chat,
and social media.
✅ Sales Funnel Management:
● Oversee the entire sales funnel—track inquiries, resolve student queries, follow up
diligently, and manage enrollments and registrations.
✅ High Conversion Rate:
● Achieve high conversion rates from all lead sources (telephonic, forwarded, and
referrals) to meet performance targets.
✅ Event Coordination:
● Engage with potential clients by attending events, seminars, and organizing webinars
and information sessions.
✅ Client Information:
● Gather and update accurate client information through calls and video sessions and
ensure timely updates on the CRM portal.
✅ Operational Monitoring:
● Monitor and ensure the creation of schedules and other operational tasks as per the
Turnaround Time (TAT).
