About the Role:
Are you passionate about sales and logistics? We're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify and onboard companies in need of reliable road transport and Full Truck Load (FTL) services. If you have a knack for connecting with businesses and turning leads into long-term logistics clients, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Identify businesses that require product transportation from one place to another (manufacturers, distributors, traders, etc.)
🔹 Pitch our FTL/Road Transport services and convert prospects into clients
🔹 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, calls, and networking
🔹 Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
🔹 Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
🔹 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
🔹 Report regularly on sales progress, customer feedback, and market insights
