Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and promotional execution.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and trade terms.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of traditional and modern trade channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
