About the Role: 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective communication and strategic planning. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis. 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships. 

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. 

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. 

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
