Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels like LinkedIn, online directories, and social media.

• Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to gauge interest.

• Market Research: Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners.

• Sales Support: Assist senior team members in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all daily outreach and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Reporting: Track your daily progress and provide weekly reports on leads generated and conversion status to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (BBA/MBA preferred).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people and persuade potential clients.

• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn CRM tools.

• Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and highly goal-oriented with a positive approach to handling rejections.
