Job Summary
White Collar Realty is seeking a highly polished, ambitious and performance-driven Business Development Executive to manage premium residential and high-value commercial Dubai projects. We are looking for a passionate sales professional with a strong go-getter mindset who thrives in a target-driven environment and is hungry for success. The ideal candidate should have proven experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients, possess exceptional presentation and negotiation skills and demonstrate the confidence to close high-ticket transactions.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for premium residential and high-value commercial Dubai properties — from prospecting and qualification to site visits, negotiation and closure.
· Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads.
· Conduct detailed requirement analysis and client profiling to understand investment goals and budget preferences.
· Present suitable Dubai luxury property options aligned with client requirements and investment objectives.
· Identify and actively pursue HNI/UHNI investors and premium buyers through strategic outreach, referrals, networking and exclusive events.
· Coordinate with developers for site visits and ensure seamless scheduling and execution.
· Conduct professional face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to present projects and address queries.
· Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), pricing strategies and customized investment proposals.
· Lead negotiations confidently and ensure timely deal closure while maintaining premium client experience.
· Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through structured follow-ups and pipeline management.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Strong aptitude for calculations and basic financial understanding.
Proven experience in Luxury Project Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
Well-groomed, professional appearance and confident presence.

Takes ownership of targets and consistently pushes beyond expectations.
Believes in building long-term relationships rather than just closing transactions
Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM, MS Office, and reporting too.
