Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term customers for our digital services.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, and growth-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and referrals

• Pitch Webdock Studios’ services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, SEO)

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Follow up with prospects and close sales deals

• Maintain client data and sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle client conversations professionally

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in B2B / IT / Digital sales
