Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 6 months of experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with prospective clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT sales or business development
Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, mobile apps, SaaS, digital solutions)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
