We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive sales growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a result-oriented mindset.
Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
Handle customer objections and close deals professionally
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
2–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Experience in inside sales / retail / Ecommerce / B2C sales is a plus
