Business Development Executive –Sales Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, promoting residential/commercial properties, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and property developments.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM/customer databases.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of real estate market and property sales.

• Ability to build client relationships and close deals.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in residential or commercial property sales.

• Local market knowledge and networking abilities.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
