We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

## Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company's IT solutions, conducting client meetings, generating business opportunities, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

## Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients and introduce the company's products and IT solutions.

• Present the company's portfolio and understand customer requirements.

• Generate new business opportunities through field marketing and networking activities.

• Collect market intelligence, customer information, and qualified leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and business conversion.

• Conduct product presentations and meetings with decision-makers.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

## Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a technical discipline such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.

• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure Support & Service Management, Data Centre Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, or related IT solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Professional attitude with good customer relationship skills.
