We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing real estate team. The BDE will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and real estate market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target new clients, including individual buyers, investors, and businesses. Use various marketing channels, networking, and market research to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Present properties, pricing, and financials to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process and close deals efficiently, ensuring both client and company interests are met.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of transactions and timely delivery of services.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and transaction progress. Provide regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
