We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive. who will be responsible for handling freelancer platforms, generating leads through bidding, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Generate leads and acquire new clients through effective bidding strategies
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Follow up with clients for feedback, repeat business, and long-term engagement
Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of freelancer platforms and bidding process
Sales and negotiation skills
Client handling and relationship management
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing) preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in freelancer bidding or business development
