Job description:

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development efforts by identifying and generating new business opportunities for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.

• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking channels.

• Research potential clients and build a qualified pipeline for B2B sales and client acquisition.

• Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business requirements.

• Assist in presenting and pitching digital marketing solutions, sales proposals, and service offerings to clients.

• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and presentations under guidance from senior sales team members.

• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Support ongoing client relationship management and account servicing.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, revenue contributions, and monthly KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).

• Willingness to learn lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion techniques.

• Ideal for freshers, graduates, or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales/business development.

• Confident presentation skills and a client-friendly approach.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work under deadlines in a target-based role.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
