Vedtam Tech Solutions is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller with 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT product and service sales.
If you enjoy interacting with clients, generating leads, and driving business growth, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT products and services.
Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (preferably in an IT company).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
