# Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Market

**Shift:** US Shift | Fixed Timing

**Working Days:** Monday–Friday

**Weekend:** Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

### About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated **Business Development Executives** to help us grow our US client base. The role involves promoting and selling our **IT, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Business Consulting services** to US businesses.

### Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market

* Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements

* Present suitable IT and digital marketing solutions

* Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline

* Schedule meetings and convert prospects into clients

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Achieve monthly business development and sales targets

### Requirements

* **Freshers are welcome**

* 0–4 years of experience in BDE, sales, IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development

* Good English communication skills

* Confident and professional communication

* Strong interest in sales and business development

* Ability to work in a US shift

* Candidates comfortable working with US clients

### Salary & Benefits

💰 **Freshers:** ₹15,000–₹25,000 in-hand/month

💰 **Experienced (up to 4 years):** ₹25,000–₹35,000 in-hand/month
